Cinnamon Baked Oats

Ingredients (1 serving)
1/2 cup (1dl) oats
1/2 banana
1/3 cup (0,8dl) Sproud Unsweetened
1 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Cinnamon Glaze:
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Vanilla Sauce:
1 tbsp coconut yogurt
1/2 tbsp cashew butter or smooth tahini
1/4 tsp vanilla powder

 

Steps
1. Preheat the oven two 180C/360F
2. Add all ingredients (except cinnamon glaze) to a blender and mix until smooth
3. Add the batter to an oven safe dish (approximately 10x10cm / 4x4inches) and set aside
4. Now make the cinnamon glaze by combining maple syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl/glass. Then drizzle it over the batter like a cinnamon roll
5. Bake the oats in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden on top.
6. Meanwhile make the vanilla sauce by adding the ingredients to a small bowl or glass and stir to combine, add splashes of water if you want a more runny consistency.
7. When the oatmeal is golden and done, serve immediately after it has cooled down a little bit.
